WinterLogic develops a Verilog fault simulator, Z01X. Z01X is typically used to simulation ATPG untestable fault on designs which require very small DPM. Z01X includes an expert system, Fault Manager, which ranks tests according to their effectiveness and removes any redundant tests to reduce tester time. Platform LSF is used to distribute the faults amount many "slave" hosts to decrease the fault simulation run time.
