Workload management is a critical component for the day-to day management of a whole cluster. Platform Lava a free, entry-level workload management solution provides commercial grade job execution, management and accounting in a simple, easy-to-use package which is included with Platform Open Cluster Stack.

Based on the same technology as Platform LSF and Platform LSF HPC, Platform Lava has a compatible interface providing users with a clear migration path from cluster workload management to enterprise workload management and enterprise grid deployments.
